  • GATHER Flow

    This dynamic yet soulful practice links breath with flowing movement through a constantly evolving series of postures.

    In our Vinyasa Flow class, you'll be guided through creative, mindfully-sequenced flows that cultivate internal heat and tone the entire body. Expect to transition fluidly from one asana to the next while utilizing your breath for smooth transitions.

    Build strength and stamina as you mindfully coordinate movement with each inhale and exhale.

    In this energizing 60-minute session, you'll use a variety of equipment such as weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises to challenge every major muscle group. Our expert instructors guide you through a carefully crafted sequence of moves designed to:

  • GATHER Deep Stretch

    Take your flexibility to new depths in this myofascial release class. GATHER Deep Stretch utilizes therapy balls, yoga belts, blocks and other props to relieve muscle tightness and restrictions. Carefully target adhesions in the fascia to improve mobility and range of motion.

    Reduce aches and pains as you release tensions stored in the body. Improve postural alignment, circulation, and overall functional movement by creating more space. This is the ideal complement to other practices or workouts. Change things up and devote time to immersive stretching - you'll leave feeling refreshed with greater flexibility. Open to all levels.

  • GATHER Stretch + Restore

    Release tension and nourish your body and mind in this 60-minute respite. Stretch & Restore focuses on gentle, therapeutic stretches to elongate the major muscle groups, relieving tightness and promoting relaxation. Restorative postures utilize bolsters, blankets, and props to fully support the body, allowing you to settle into stillness.     June through September, we are thrilled to offer a 60-minute mat Pilates class, led by the incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate Shawn Nolls.

    Whether you're new to Pilates or a seasoned practitioner, this class is designed to help you build strength, increase flexibility, and find a renewed sense of vitality and ease in your body and mind.

    Through a series of controlled, flowing movements performed on a mat, Pilates helps to: - Strengthen and tone core muscles, including the abs, back, and pelvic floor - Improve posture, balance, and overall body alignment - Increase flexibility, range of motion, and joint mobility - Reduce stress, tension, and chronic pain - Enhance mind-body awareness and control - Promote a sense of overall well-being and vitality.

  • GATHER Walks

    Join us for a new program that brings the joys and benefits of walking, stretching, and intentional breathing to you, wherever you are! GATHER Walks is an inclusive, interactive virtual experience designed to help you prioritize your physical, mental, and emotional well-being, all while fostering a sense of community and connection.

    Why walking? Walking is one of the simplest, most accessible, and most powerful forms of movement. It has been shown to improve cardiovascular health, boost mood and creativity, reduce stress and tension, and promote overall well-being. But the benefits of walking go beyond just the physical - it's also a wonderful way to clear your mind, connect with your surroundings, and find a sense of grounding and presence.

  • GATHER at the Barre

    Jen was trained in the Barre and Soul Method.
    The Barre & Soul Method not only challenges you physically with blends of modern ballet conditioning, Pilates, yoga, and low-impact cardio but also incorporates inspirational layers with soulful instruction. Inspired by the original Lotte Berk technique, it produces results you can see and feel, increasing total-body strength and flexibility while maintaining the utmost safety and accessibility for all.
    Light weights and other props are used to lengthen and strengthen your muscles.
    More than a workout, you will feel the difference in your mind and spirit, too.

  • GATHER Stretch + Stillness

    Find peace and tranquility at our studio in Old Town La Quinta. This 45-minute class is designed to help you release tension, calm your mind, and leave feeling refreshed and at ease.
    The session begins with gentle, full-body stretches to increase mobility and create space in the body. Using smooth movements and controlled breathing, you'll awaken your muscles and prime yourself for stillness.
    From there, you'll be guided through a meditation practice to quiet the mind and soothe the nervous system. Whether new to meditation or experienced, Paul will offer techniques to help you find a state of focused awareness and inner calm.
